It would seem that the bus drivers are tired of working, or the city of Ottawa doesn't pay them, or something.
The union has decided to hold the city by the short curlies until they capitulate to some demand... or something. Meanwhile, Kimberley is paying 25$ one way for a cab to get back and forth to work... lame.
